The Keep Texas Beautiful Program was formed in 1967. It's vision was to to make Texas the most prestine state in the nation.
KTB achieves its goals through a unique synergy that involves government, businesses, and volunteers to address litter prevention,
solid waste management, recycling,beautification, and general community improvement.
